This project was a combination of refurbishment and upgrading to comply with the latest DDA regulations for access. The works consisted of installing an external lift platform and internal DDA lift with glass enclosure for access to four floors. In addition to these works a refurbishment of the Wolfson lecture theatre was also carried out to provide additional seating space and viewing booths.

Being a highly important organisation, the main building of the college was in constant use during working hours and the only time available to carry out the works was during a five week period in the summer, phased over 2 years. CIRUS demonstrated on this project its ability to produce a high standard of finish whilst performing to a strict and limited deadline for completion.
