Our client required a refurbishment of an existing warehouse, previously a railway sidings building, to provide a modern upgraded storage and dispatch facility with adjoining offices.

The works included removing the original cladding, concrete flooring, railway lines & external hard standing and replacing them with new elements including insulated metal cladding to walls, roof and a complete storage racking system.

Lighting & power services were replaced as part of the works to introduce energy efficiency light fittings with movement sensor operation.
