CIRUS were tasked to upgrade the school’s WC block to modern standards including compliance with the latest DDA regulations. Although the school had a plan of how they wanted the building to be reconfigured the final details for finishes and service routes were proposed by CIRUS.

The works had to be carried out during the summer holidays and be complete by the new term.

The works included:

• Complete stripout of the existing structure
• New M & E Installations
• Twyfords laminate cubicles and vanity unit
• Suspended ceiling with Armstrong Bioguard tiles and modular lighting
• Amitage Shanks sanitaryware and Doc M pack
• Non slip vinyl flooring
