CIRUS were engaged as main contractor on this design and build project to construct this four bedroom property in Buckinghamshire, classed as an area of outstanding natural beauty. The works commenced in April 2008 with the demolition of the existing bungalow on the site and were complete by November 2008. A high level of finishes was required by the client which included scene lighting, an oak staircase, hardwood flooring, high quality sanitaryware and superior kitchen with granite worktops. Due to the remoteness of the property and the limited availability of utility services the property was designed to run on oil heating and for a Klargester to be installed to deal with effluent waste. .
