Completed in July 2010, CIRUS were contracted to construct a new community hall and meeting rooms with associated infrastructure. As well as high quality finishes the client also required the building to be as low cost to run and maintain as possible. To achieve this aim, green technology in the form of a ground source heat pump was installed to cater for the building’s heating and hot water requirements.
