Cirus is an established main contractor operating predominantly within the Thames Valley and London areas.

We are committed to providing customer satisfaction and a large number of Cirus projects arise from long term relationships developed with clients over many years. Our aim is always to provide the highest level of service possible and to exceed expectations wherever we can.

Our prime objective is to complete contracts on time and within budget whilst operating in a safe and professional manner, no matter how large or small the project. To this end we have on-going training programmes for all staff covering estimating, contracts management, quality assurance, product knowledge and health & safety.

H.L. Smith Construction was originally formed in 1946 as a traditional contractor, based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. In 1985 the company was acquired by its current owners who transformed the company by expanding into the interiors and D&B markets as well as continuing to offer traditional contracting.

Due to the growth and diversification of the HLS Group (Now rebranded 'The Optima Group'), particularly in the office partitioning market, it was decided to give a new identity and emphasis to the general contracting business which led to the formation of CIRUS, a trading style of HLS Installations Limited.
